About me

Hi My name is Connor and I am in year 5. My teacher is Miss West. My favourite thing to do is play rugby, play PS4 and eat KFC. I like playing with my cousins and riding my bike.

The immersion assembly

On Monday the whole school went to the  immersion assembly. The management team was my favourite because they did a model of Manaiakalani Man and it was Mr.Burt .Team 3  did art for $10,000. Team 2 Miss Gaston and Mrs. Carter did a paint off challenge and team 1 painted a lion.

Poor people should get more job of opportunities so they get more money, I agree because If they don't get a job They will freeze to death outside doing nothing , And they will never have a good life with living and a good Opportunity to Live. So would give them Money and food and more.

Matariki Day

Last Friday was a Matariki celebration day. I went to Room 27 with Ms Gaston and Mrs Carter to make cookies and slime.

Matariki is a celebration in Maori culture. It is the Maori new year.  In my group first I did cooking.  I was with Ms Gaston and Mrs Carter. We made star cookies. First we had to  read the instructions.  then we  made a group and made some cookies.  And we had morning tea and then when morning tea was finished we made some Galaxy slime.

At the end of the day we ate some cookies and they tasted good. It was amazing fun I had the greatest Matariki day ever.

Flying Dictation Race

Today we had a dictation race.  I was the reader and Miss T.A was the writer. I had fun.

Kia ora!  My name is Connor and I am 8 years old. I am in Year 4 at Point England School in Glen Innes, Auckland, New Zealand. My family’s culture is Cook Island.  

After school and at the weekend I like to play games on my PS4. My favourite sport is rugby.  My favourite food is KFC and my favourite colour is blue.

At school I enjoy learning Maths because I like playing Maths games.  This year for my learning I want to work on my reading. My favourite time at school is going on my Chromebook.

Room 15 make art

Last week at school room 15 made Maori art around the native nz bush.

First I got pencil and draw my debasisgn.

Secohdiy I got some green brown and blue pastels and coloured in my designed.

Lastly i got some black paper and stuck my art on.

Next I wrote a Maori legend and then I animated.

 

Mana and fintail

Once upon a time there was a maror boy called mana and a faintail and they lived in a flax bush. One day a family of rats take over a kauri tree and a family of fantail are upset.the rats promised that would never go up the tree. Finally the fantails and the rats all lived happy ever after.

Connor and puppy Jono

Once upon a time there was a boy called Connor and a puppy called Jono and they lived .in a dark forest. one day .they went for a walk in the dark forest. then.they got lost but Jono sniffed  there. way out. finally they went home.

Once upon a time there were two Robots called john and Connor and they lived on planet Earth.one day they went to explore the sun. suddenly their rocket starts meiting because they flew two close to the sun. Next they landed on Pluto and the transformer helped them fix ther Rocket After they they thanked the transformer and got in the Rocket and flew home

On Tuesday Room 15 .Made Clocks. At School. first miss eadie. gave us some. Paper plates next we Drew numbers.and made clock hands out of plpe cleaners  finally I coloured mi clock in.

Once upon a time there was a boy called Connor and he lived. on planets Earth. One day Connor went to the universe fo Zola Connor fly in his rocket next Connor lad on the money moon suddenly. Connor saw some flat foots. and janed them for dinner the flat foots were kind to Connor. so he stashed with them on the money moon.
